Are these LEGO-compatible?
Yes. Every brick uses the standard LEGO spec. You can mix Rova kits with what you already own, swap parts between Rova kits, and customize freely.
How does shipping work?
Free worldwide tracked shipping on every order. Most kits arrive in 5–11 days depending on your location.
What if my kit arrives missing a piece?
We'll send replacements free of charge. Just email us with your order number, a photo, and a detailed description of the piece you're missing, and we will ship it out to you at no expense.
How long does a build take?
Most kits run 300–400 pieces and take around 2 hours. Scan the QR code on the packaging to access the full step-by-step digital instructions on any device.
Where are the build instructions?
Your instructions are digital — no paper booklet included. Just scan the QR code on the packaging with your phone or any device to access the full step-by-step guide instantly.
Can I return a kit?
Yes — 30-day returns on unopened kits. If something's wrong with what you received, reach out and we'll make it right.
What scale are the models?
Most Rova kits are 1:24 scale — roughly seven to eight inches long. The exact scale is listed on each product page.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?
Digital gift cards are available — choose any denomination and they arrive by email. Physical gift wrapping is not currently offered.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — within 1 hour of placing the order. Email us with your order number and we'll handle it. After 1 hour, orders go into the fulfillment queue and we can't intercept.
